What we collect

The pilot and contact forms on this site collect the information you type into them (name, email, organisation, and any other field you fill in) and submit it to our own server, where it is stored so we can reply to your request. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. Your light/dark theme preference is kept in localStorage on your own device and never transmitted.

Cookies & sessions

When you sign in to the Intelligence Platform we set a first-party session cookie (ia_session: HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax, marked Secure over HTTPS) that lasts only for your browser session and identifies your signed-in session. Pages served through our content-management system set a first-party PHP session cookie used to count each visit once per day and to cache a coarse country code. These are functional first-party cookies; we set no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Platform accounts

If you register for, or are invited to, the Intelligence Platform, we store your name, email address, a hashed (bcrypt) password, your role, your organisation, your account status and your account and last-sign-in timestamps, so the platform can authenticate you and show your organisation's data.

Security & audit logs

To protect accounts, failed sign-in attempts are recorded with the email address tried, the originating IP address and a timestamp, used only to rate-limit repeated attempts and cleared after 24 hours. Actions taken inside a signed-in account (such as signing in and out and changes to your organisation's data) are written to an audit log with the user, the organisation, the IP address and the time.

Visit analytics

We keep basic, aggregated traffic counts: how many times each page was viewed per day, and per-day totals of visitor country, device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) and referring website. These are counts only — no individual visitor records and no IP addresses are stored in this analytics data, and a best-effort filter excludes bots and crawlers. To label a visit's country when our network has not already supplied it, a visitor's IP address may be sent to the third-party service api.country.is solely to return a two-letter country code; the address is not retained by us.

Live telemetry

Any live sensor readings shown on this site come from our own test hardware, a bench field pod we operate. No visitor data is involved in that feed, and no personal data is collected by viewing it.

How lead data is used

Form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry (a pilot request, a contact message) and are not sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing without your separate consent.

Your rights

To request a copy of any data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@irrigaims.com. We will act on deletion requests promptly.
